Mark Zuckerberg presented the new Facebook features at F8 conference

The extraordinary news is the introduction of a BotStore for Messenger and for someone it is “the most important technology event of the year”.

We have already heard of these “applications” in the past, but today they have returned relevant thanks to the advancement of technology. What is it exactly? And what features will it have?

These are automated systems that make possible the direct contact and real-time interaction between companies and users.

In simple terms, they allow the user to easily communicate with institutions (such as the BBC) requesting information that the “Bot” will adapt to each user, taking personal preferences and tastes into account.

As well as for companies, the Bots will also be accessible for individual stores, which can follow every step of purchase and allow the customer to buy items directly from chat.

It is therefore a true “artificial intelligence” service, intended to spread more and more and to change and simplifying forever the interaction between users and companies.
